Definitions

1. User(s): Any individual(s) utilizing our application or website to interact with others.
2. Platform: The application or website you are presently employing along with its externally connected hardware and software.

Your Safety

We insist that all Users review our dating safety advice, located on our homepage, prior to employing our Platform.

User Profiles

1. We expect honesty in all information provided to the Platform.
2. Users are permitted to create and share profile content, barring any contact details, such as email addresses, phone numbers, website URLs or social network handles.
3. Users may share photographs, provided they hold the copyrights and the image depicts the User themselves. The Company reserves the right to reject any photograph it deems unsuitable for the Platform.
4. Be aware that your public data might be visible to others if fellow Users share screenshots. The Company will endeavor to maintain your privacy, obfuscating personal information and pixelating images whenever possible.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Our Company and Platform adopt a stringent stand against abusive conduct. Reports of abuse can be filed using the tools found on user profiles and private chats. The Company may terminate abusive Users' accounts with immediate effect.

Interactions with Other Users

1. The Company does not conduct background or security checks on Users.
2. Users are individually responsible for their interactions and should perform their own checks on other Users they engage with.
3. Be cautious of Users who provide false information, have criminal histories, or could have harmful intentions.
4. Never share your banking details, transfer money, or send credit card information to other Users. The Company assumes no responsibility for any loss as a result of deceptive actions by other Users.

Messages & Alerts

Our Platform utilizes three types of alerts, each signified by a unique icon:

• Likes: Depicted by a Thumbs Up, Simile, Flame, or Butterfly, depending on the Platform.
• Flirt: Signified by a 'lips' icon, this alert is for Users with broadly matching profiles.
• Message: A 'speech bubble' icon signifies personal messages from other Users.

For security reasons, the Company communicates personally with Users only via email, not within the Platform.

Breach of Terms

Users found to be breaching any terms and conditions may face account restrictions or deletion without warning. Repeat offenders will be banned.

Account Termination

Users can delete their accounts from within the Platform, thereby terminating this agreement. The Company also retains the right to terminate User accounts that negatively impact the Platform. Pro-rata refunds for any unused service will be provided for VIP accounts terminated prematurely.

Copyright & Trademarks

Our Platform is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

Service Provision

The Company does not guarantee uptime, longevity, or data storage for the Platform and may alter or terminate the service without warning.

Platform Usage

1. The Platform is only for persons 18 years or older and for meeting people either online or offline.
2. Users cannot exploit the Platform for commercial or financial gains or engage in illegal activities.
3. Users must not extract or collate other Users' data from the Platform.
4. Users are responsible for securing their passwords and the devices where the Platform is installed.

Malicious Software

The Company is not responsible for any damages from viruses, malware, or other harmful software that may infect your devices from using the Platform.

Upgrades, Purchases, Refunds & Cancellations

Payments are managed by third parties including CCBill, PayPal, Apple, and Securion Pay. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis according to our fair usage policy, Schedule A.

Associated Websites

We operate a network of associated websites to increase the potential connections for our Users. Please refer to our Shared Network document for details.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be resolved within the courts of England and Wales.

Law Enforcement Cooperation

The Company will cooperate with recognized law enforcement agencies and share User data when required.

DMCA

If your copyright is breached by content posted on our Platform, the Company will remove this data upon receiving a valid DMCA notice.

Liability

User claims against the Company are limited to the total amount the User has paid to use the Platform.

Updates to Terms & Conditions

The Company reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on our website.

Fair usage is defined as fewer than ten sent messages and less than 48 hours of upgraded account usage.
